Refund policy

Change of mind/returns: 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you simply change your mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not damaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items are to be returned at your expense and full refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs. 

Once we receive and inspect your return items, if they meet the return criteria, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. 

Exchanges and refunds: 
All items are carefully packaged with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us with 48 hours of receiving your order if this is the case. Refunds and exchanges will be issued at the discretion of the Martha Street Maker.
